The hydraulic ramp with folding edge adapts to different lorry heights, speeding up the loading and unloading process.

General features

  • The ramp is totally automatic. Pressing a button activates the raising mechanism and the folding edge opens at the same time. When the ramp reaches its total height the edge opens, and the button can then be slowly released to lower the platform to adapt to the lorry height.
  • Ramp manufactured in diamond plate with hot-rolled longitudinal profiles. The plate thickness is 6 / 8 mm. Its elasticity allows to adapt naturally to a tilt of up to 100 mm, meaning that it can adapt to a wide range of vehicles.
  • The folding edge plate has a thickness of 13/15 mm and is a diamond plate with an 8 mm reinforcement plate integrated to its underside. The edge adapts perfectly to all types of lorry or unloading vehicle surfaces. The edge is moved by a single-acting cylinder.
  • RAL 7011 paintwork on the standard model. Other finish options available.
  • Other types of ramps are also available to meet the needs of each project.

  • Lip with safety socket.
