CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS - Manufactured with an anodised aluminium structural profile frame.
COATING - Galvanised and lacquered steel sheet with 25 μm polyester paint.
White RAL 9010.
Coated with a removable protective film.
Food safe use.
INSULATION - High-pressure injected polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam with a density of 40-43 Kg/m³.
THICKNESS - 40 mm.
The profiles are made of powder‑coated aluminum in RAL 9006, providing a uniform and durable finish. The frame incorporates an EPDM gasket, ensuring optimal airtightness and contributing to the overall insulation performance. In addition, it has a system with hidden self-tapping screws, delivering a clean, safe, and aesthetically refined result.
The door is equipped with a handle and hinges made of stainless steel. In the case of double doors, the system is completed with integrated bolts, which ensure a safe and functional closure of the assembly.
